Support File Upload System

This file upload tool will only work with simple files.  Please refer to the usage instructions before proceeding with your file upload.

On submitting the form your data will be uploaded to our server, within the incident numbers folder you specify. An email will be sent to the support desk you chose containing the details of your upload and also any comments you enter.
