Openlab Morphology

Openlab provides a range of tools for morphological analysis.  Density Slicing detects objects in monochrome and color images by density slicing or thresholding and allows the creation of binary images. Advanced Measurements includes features such as automatic measurement of multiple objects in binary images and allows Boolean logic to be applied to binary images.  Together with the Openlab Automator, image acquisition and measurement can be fully automated.

Openlab images can be imported directly into Volocity Quantitation for further and more complex measurement analysis.
