Columbus Gallery

Columbus Gallery allows complex High Content Screening (HCS) multi-channel images to be stored and accessed by multiple users from their own workstation. Users can view and explore the images and define personal security settings, such as read / write / delete privileges.

The well-centric architecture of Columbus allows the user to browse images by relational information such as well position, z-slice and time point. In contrast to many HCS data management systems, all the associated metadata are stored with the image data so that the complete history of the experiment can be reviewed, giving a better understanding of the results obtained.
