Columbus Conductor takes your data management system to a new level by combining Acapella® image analysis software with the Columbus Gallery functionality. Image data can be analyzed or re-analyzed using Acapella running on the server computer, which means that you can take advantage of the greater power to run batch processes and obtain much quicker results.
Columbus offers high speed image analysis based on ready-to use solutions from the Acapella Script Library. Your own ‘Scripts’ can be applied to all your HCA data in Columbus using the Acapella Detection Library regardless of the image source (e.g. Opera®, Operetta®, InCell, ArrayScan).
Everyone connected to the Columbus database via the Acapella WebClient can apply image analysis scripts to single or multiple measurements of an assay plate.
The Columbus High Performance IT ensures high speed analysis even when a number of scientists are running multiple image analysis tasks simultaneously.
All calculated image analysis results can be stored in Columbus and visualized using the Acapella WebClient. By clicking on the heatmap, the corresponding images are shown for examination.

Plate static values like CV and STDEV are calculated automatically.
Sortable table representation of all ‘per well’ results can be copied to the clipboard and imported into Excel or another third party software.

All results can be exported into Excel or native XML in batches. The batch export can include the Analysis Scripts, annotations and the RAW image as either SinglePlane TIF or Multiplane TIF.

Data from various HCA imaging platforms can be imported in batches. The Columbus pulls data from the client PC according to the configuration created in the Acapella WebClient
